I just bought a new CD from Timbaland and I love this song. Have you heard it yet? Tell me what you think. I love some of his other songs especially the dance music, but this one is my favorite.

I love the colors of Fall but I dread the colder weather coming. To everything there is a season. The cold is coming and I feel it every morning as the frost moves in. We even had a chance of snow a couple days ago. Never got it but still the crispness is in the air.

It's times like this that I want to head for the mountains and to the south for the warmer climates.



Last night we went to dinner with friends and knocked back a few beers while eating hotwings and lube chips. It was fun and nice and pleasant. The place was crowded and laughter could be heard all around.

Today we had lunch with one of our dear friends whose life has been turned upside down. She is in the middle of a very nasty breakup and her heart is breaking. Not only is she losing the love of her life but she will have to move back home miles and miles away with her parents and decide what she wants to do with her life now. She is devastated and is not really sure what to do. She will most likely go back to school and start a whole new life. She's a teacher but she has an interest in biology too. So she is not only losing her lover and spouse of the last 6 years, but her home, her job and leaving all her friends here as well. She broke down and cried several times and I couldn't help but cry with her. Lovie and I can only offer her many hugs and words of condolenses and we are even more thankful for the love we have for one another.



I was going to post some questions for this week and I guess I will still do a few since I wasn't able to put the music on that I had in mind for a Saturday night..

Hello Peeps! Today is a very special day. Twenty-four years ago today, Lovie told me that she loved me. Today is our 24th anniversary. She is the love of my life. I would be completely and utterly lost without her by my side. We've had such a beautiful life together. Yeah it's included our ups and downs and tears and much laughter, but through it all, one thing is consistant. She is always by my side and I by hers. When I looked into her eyes, she still makes me get the squiggles...you know that wonderful feeling of butterflies floating around in your stomach? We call em squiggles.

I love her beautiful eyes. She has the power to melt me. She does....oh she does. I love holding her in my arms and feeling her soft lips touch mine ever so gently. We fit perfectly together as if we were always meant to be together. She is my soul mate. My true love. I can't imagine my life without her. It's like we've been together forever and I adore every single moment we have spent together.

Sometimes cards say it so well. Like....
