Sarah was here.. but Saturday is over so she is only in the comments now..---

I wanted to post Possession -the slower version but it isnt available, so I will post this one instead and another one in my comments.

Sarah is one of my favorite singers that connects with my heart and at a deeper soul level. I dont know that there's a song of hers that I dont like. I hope you enjoy her too.

Lovie and I are going out for a bit to have dinner with two other couples so not sure if I will get back until later. Have fun and I'll see you when I do.

Hey Peeps..

I am taking a bit of a break from the stream here so if you dont see me for a bit just know I am around somewhere....

I have a few things going on that are taking up my attention....

One thing that I will share is Sophie our cat is not doing well at all and she is in the final stages of kidney failure. She is turning 17 years old tomorrow and that is probably as old as she will get in her lifetime. Her CRF has progressed at a fairly rapid rate and she is experiencing more than several of the final stages of symptoms... It breaks my heart as she has been our baby for all of those 17 years. The most disturbing is her inability to know when she has to go to the bathroom. Poor girl cannot help herself and she isnt even aware that she has done anything. Some of it is due to weakness and the rest is just the progress of this terminal disease. They say she is not in any pain but I can see her struggle in her eyes. It just isnt the same. We called to find out the info of what to do for the end. Neither Lovie and I have the heart to take her quite yet....it is inevitable and I am not looking forward to it at all. She will come back home with us. I guess I question as to when the right time would be. I certainly dont want her to get to the point of being in convulsions for her last moments with us, yet I think she has more life in her and I dont want to make the decision to end it for her.... once you make that call you cant change it...I've already been a mess about it and it chokes me up just typing these words.

There are many things going on in life right now that are stressful. I wont go into all those things but I will say that it isnt pleasant and makes me want to go crawl under a rock right now.... Maybe if I hide there for a while... the sun will eventually come out and Spring will be here and all will be new and refreshed and revitalized. One can wish anyway cant they?

I am trying to stay positive and in the light, so if you have some sunshine...shine a light on me would ya?
