So kiddies!! What will you post this week??? Well- Ole PolarB has five fasinating fabulous FUN facts for you to ponder upon!! Here they are:

1. I can shake my eyeballs and it totally freaks people out!!

2. I have a photograph published in a book from the International Library of Photography.

3. I used to be able to double dutch jump rope.... the operative word here is USED to....

4. I loved making mud pies when I was a kid, but I used to get in trouble for throwing them against the house!! OPPS!

5. I love to climb trees, however, it has been a long time since this ole bear's been up in a tree!

Hello all!!

Just wanted to let you guys know that if you are interested that I have created a new blog site that will be used exclusively for my poetry... I have posted several poems on this Inner Sanctum site, but sometimes they seem to kind of get lost in the shuffle. I have posted any poem that I have put on this blog site, onto my new site, so you may see repeats for the first 10 or so poems....

I wanted a place that I could put all of my poems that I have written over the years so I have a new site called- "The Woman Within". I think you can get to it by clicking on my site or through my profile and I have added it to my blog sites list for you to access easier..(It's over there on the right hand side at the bottom of the list...see it? Good! )

I also wanted to say that most of the poems are things I have written through the years and alot from my healing journey... Some are about very powerful feelings or content and I wanted to let you know that even though I may be posting things where there is alot of sadness or hurt, it does not mean I am in that same place now. I am proud of how far I have come and by sharing my poetry of where I have been, it is a way of sharing a piece of my journey with you.

Thanks to all of you for all of your love and encouraging words and support of my words. I feel honored to have you all in my life.
